Is coming along nicely. I’ve just posted episode three onto Kindle Vella, and I must say, it is a steamy one.
It’s funny, my T-Tales always start with a title and a vague conceptual idea about the story, and then I begin writing, the story reveals itself to me, often leading me into unexpected places. And The Night Festival has already started that process of unfolding in directions I didn’t anticipate at the start.
It reminds me, somehow, of how sculptors talk of seeing the statue, encased in a block of marble, and their task is to free the statue from the stone.
With me, my stories begin with the germ of an idea and then reveal themselves to me as the tale is written.
I hope you enjoy this one. I’m certainly enjoying releasing this statue from the stone.
