I love starting the day with a negative commission number with Amazon. This comes about when someone buys one of my ebooks, reads it, then returns it for a refund. Amazon then dings authors for more than the commission paid for that sale.
Arrrgh. This was popularized online, apparently as a cool way to get free books. But it penalizes authors. Please refrain from this.
